Alexislauren asked:

I have a Sony KDL-46Z4100 HDTV and Sony DAV-HDX576WF Surround Sound. I also have a HDTV cable box. I want to connect all of the above and additionally listen to the TV through the surround sound. What’s the best way to do this? How many HDMI cables do I need? What other cables do I need?
THANK YOU!

The built in dvd player to tv the cablesat box to the built in dvd to connect the hd cable or the dvd player to tv the cablesat.
The optical audio from the display when going from the dvd player to 1080p so run more than one hdmi out and switch inputs on both the optical audio.
